I’m Holly and I’ve been working for Tulip Healthcare for 3 years.
I live in a cute village called Laceby, outside of Grimsby, and love it. I live with my husband and our pooch, Theakston.
In my private life, I love to spend time in our caravan, which is my happy place. We have a particular site we visit regularly, and it is for adults only—no under 18s. I enjoy writing books, reading, going for walks, and travelling around the UK.
I joined the TWC team in late November 2025 as a member of Tulip Healthcare, based in Great Grimsby. My role is incredibly varied, as I work as a Service Operative and delivery driver, so no two days are ever the same. I’ve been made to feel very welcome by both my immediate and wider team.
Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and DIY projects, and I love spending time with my three adult daughters, one of whom has made me a very proud grandmother to Daisy, who is five years old. I also enjoy my daily walks with my two slightly crazy working Cocker Spaniels, Reggie and Bertie.
My fiancée and I own a narrowboat, currently moored on the Trent and Mersey Canal, so any spare time is usually spent on the water, either kayaking or enjoying life on the cut.
I joined Tulip team one year ago, I was welcomed into the little family and never looked back on my caring career that I carried out for over twenty years.
I enjoy working for Tulip and love meeting new people along the way, I take great pride in my work and wish to progress within the team in the future.
I enjoy walking and hiking in my spare time, I love animals and family time and always up for a good old knees up with friends and family.
I joined the Tulip Healthcare team at the end of September 2025 in a Customer Care & Marketing Executive role. I really like being part of Tulip Healthcare! It’s a brilliant family business with an amazing team who are passionate, loyal and always focused on providing top-notch service to our customers.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. My wife and I have a miniature dachshund, so we often take her for walks through the stunning North Yorkshire countryside. I also enjoy reading, listening to music, and—when I get the chance—playing the guitar.
I’ve been with Tulip Healthcare for a number of years, in different roles along the way. I’m now Operations Manager and really enjoy the variety the role brings, no two days are the same. From visiting customers to supporting the day to day running of our depots across the business.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and from time to time the odd social drink with friends. I like to keep busy… and our two spaniels make sure of that 😊Music is a big part of my life too, both my husband and I enjoy getting out to different gigs/festivals, whether it be country, indie, ska or rock & roll.
I’m one of the newer faces at Tulip Healthcare, having joined at the end of 2024.
My role involves handling the day-to-day admin, making sure everything runs smoothly and keeping both our drivers and customers happy. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, having a pint or two!
I have been working in the washroom services industry since 1998.
Working for a small family company feels more rewarding, you’re not just a number but a valuable member of a great team that has achieved a lot of success over the years. I first started out in sales but have more recently taken on a new role in customer care.
When not working I enjoy playing golf with lots of annual golf trips with my mates! I also enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my wife Sarah, family and friends.
I joined Tulip Healthcare in Nov 2025 . I’m hoping my 30 years of experience in management accounting can assist in the Tulip Healthcare journey.

Outside of work, I’m a Trustee of the Dean Fox MND Foundation, whose objective is to offer support, not just financial, to those who unfortunately have this horrendous disease and their families in our local area.
I can often be found on the golf course or spending quality time with family and friends.
I joined Tulip Healthcare as an Office Administrator, but now I have the fantastic job of managing new contracts and keeping our amazing customers happy.
I’m a total gym bunny and can be found at the gym at ridiculous o’clock every day, all in the name of CrossFit competitions (and yes, I chose this life willingly). When I’m not lifting weights or signing contracts, I’m usually walking the dog, sipping prosecco, or enjoying time with family and friends!
I joined Tulip Healthcare as an “Office Administrator” but now I get to juggle Marketing & Events Coordination while also assisting the Director.
I love my job because no two days are the same—there’s always something new to plan, organise, or rescue last-minute! Tulip Healthcare is a fantastic family business to work for, with an amazing team who are not only loyal but truly care about giving our customers the best possible service. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, watching comedians for a good laugh, dancing at concerts, or squeezing in some running and a bit of wild swimming!
I enjoy working for Tulip Healthcare because everyone is nice and friendly, I also enjoy credit control, it is satisfying when the money comes in!
